How It Works

Choose what you want to do first. Your account keeps your orders, shipping requests, payments and tracking together.

What would you like to do?

Check the cost

Want something quoted?

Found an item but want to know the cost before deciding? Send its link through Quote Request. We will review the item price, shipping to Defy Auto, our fee and estimated shipping to you. A quote does not purchase or reserve the item.

Want to bid?

If you are ready to bid on an auction, send its link and your maximum bid in yen through Bid Request. We will review your request and place the bid. If you only want costs first, use Quote Request instead.

Want to buy immediately?

For a fixed-price or Buy It Now item you want Defy Auto to purchase, use Place New Order. Add the item link and details. Your request will appear in your account while we review it. You do not need a quote first if you are ready to order.
