How It Works

Buying parts from Japan through Defy Auto is simple. Use your customer account to place and track requests from purchase through to delivery.

Place a new order, request a quote, or submit a maximum bid for an auction item.

We review your request, purchase the item or place the auction bid, and update the status in your account.

When your item reaches us in Japan, the order status changes to Arrived.

Ship one arrived order or combine multiple arrived orders into one shipment.

We add the final shipping cost and email you when the shipment is ready for payment.

After payment, we create the shipping label, add tracking to every order in that shipment, and mark them complete.
